Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although clean, was small and had limited space for luggage. On the bright side, the room was exceptionally clean by Tokyo standards. The service was a bit of a letdown, with some staff members being rude and unhelpful. The location, while close to Shinjuku Station, was slightly far from the station. On a positive note, the area was filled with restaurants and markets open almost 24 hours. The dining options, particularly the Japanese breakfast items, were excellent, but not to everyone's liking. The hotel offered some facilities, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos but still very comfortable and extremely compact and cozy. The staff are polite and friendly, though not all have a smiling face and some small issues with communication. The location is great, close to nightlife yet quiet for a good night's sleep. The dining experience offers Japanese breakfast items but may not suit all preferences. Overall, a good value for money option with some minor drawbacks.
